Russet Burbank - G2 and G3

This late season variety is the most widely grown all-purpose potato in the United States. The tubers are long, uniformly russeted and show numerous eyes of medium depth. It’s white, firm, starchy flesh make it an excellent choice for baking, mashing, and French fries.
Umatilla Russet - G2 and G3
Availability: Call for Availability
This is a moderately late maturing variety of potato with dark, russeted skin and white flesh. It can be stored for long periods at lower temperatures than Russet Burbank without frying dark in color. This makes is especially suitable for frozen french fry processing.
Clearwater Russet - G2 and G3
Availability: Call for Availability
Clearwater is a medium-late maturing variety with a medium-russet skin. The tubers exhibit excellent fry color out of storage and their attractiveness makes them popular for both processing and the fresh market.
